Tom Yum Goong(spicy prawn soup)

Ingredients:

Prawn:300 gm

Sea food stock:3 cup

Sugar: 1tp

chili oil:1tp

Tom yum paste:150 gm

Fish sauce”2 tp

Corridor roots:10 gm

Sliced Galangal:30 gm

lemon leavse:2 gm

Slices lemon grass:30 gm

Fresh Milk:1 cup

Thai red chili :2gm

White Mushroom slices:250 gm

lemon Juice: tsp

Preparation:

In soup pan  boil the prepared sea food stock,add all the ingredients  with tiger prawn and let boil once than add tomato and fresh milk than switch off the heat  season with    fresh lemon juice and  fish sauce and garnish with chili oil and coriander roots.
