Thai Chicken Green Curry

Ingredients:

Thai sliced chicken:300 gm

Thai green currry paste:3tsp

Coconut cream:1 cup

Coconut milk:2 cup

Fish sauce:2tsp

Thai green pea:100 gm

Lemon Leaves:2 gm

Thai green Egg plant:200 gm

Sweet Basil Leaves:3 gm

Thai red chili: 2-3 no

Palm Sugar:1 tsp

vegetable oil: 30 ml

Preparation:

In a sauce pan put 30 ml oil and heat and add green curry paste,lemon leaves and red chili slices cook until aroma coming add coconut milk and coconut cream and after warm add chicken and add the Thai vegetables and let cook f or 5-6 minutes add sweet basil leaves and season with fish sauce and palm sugar, serve with Thai Jasmine rice.
